Good coat day. Picked up a black vintage cashmere coat a few weeks ago when I was out thrifting. It needed some major work. Popped in the dry cleaners and picked it up today. They mended it and cleaned it for me. Big buttons...whoa....it is missing one button, but it is adorable. Promise. I also picked up my navy wool coat from the cleaners today that I bought just for my trip to Chicago many years ago. Wool and long and Calvin Klein. My Calvin Klein coat has been in need of buttons for over a year. I just kept losing buttons. Coats. Almost as good as purses! God Bless!

Snowing Again January 17, 2011

I Cannot Believe It Is Snowing Again. It snowed last weekend like 10 inches. It is snowing again....sleet and maybe a couple inches tonight. I love the snow. It is so pure and makes me happy. Simple. Snow.

My standard is the Bible

This morning's devotion was perfect for me. Blackaby really gets it. "An exalted view of God brings a clear view of sin and a realistic view of self. A diminished view of God brings a reduced concern for sin and an inflated view of self." (a quote from Henry T. Blackaby)

"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." Romans 12:2

What better way to get to know myself? Knowing God makes my vision as clear as it will ever be.

St. Augustine Beach, Florida September, 2010

I love my brother. Please do not tell anybody, but he use to tap dance when we were little. I love that about him. He is still a good dancer! St. Augustine Beach was the best. You can drive on the beach still. Flagler College, Alligator Museum, Marineland, Historic St. Augustine, The Fort.....so many things to see in the oldest city in the US. My family originated in St. Augustine. We are minorcans. Minorcans are from Spain. My family has been around for a long time in these parts.

Good Morning Bloggers.I love the United States. Just wanted to say so.
